RETURNS

We gladly accept any unused items purchased on TinyBubblesSalon.com. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be returned. If your order contained a GWP (Gift With Purchase) all products making up the gift must be returned along with the items you are returning.  In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at 1-760-640-7006 and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

Merchandise purchased on TinyBubblesSalon.com must be returned within 30 days of the ship date found on the Packing List. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.  

 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Please remember to write down your Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.
